1. After shampooing, apply Growth MD Scalp Conditioner to damp hair, from scalp to ends

2. Gently detangle with wide tooth comb from ends to root for even distribution.

3. For scalp application, leave on 1-2 minutes. For deeper conditioning on ends, leave on for 5-10 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Growth MD Leave-In Conditioner or Leave-In Conditioning Spray.
