The Styler Fixer Foam Mousse is top notch for smoothing down heavy frizz from braided hair. I braid my nephew's hair and after a few days it’s so much frizz you want to redo all of the box braids. After gently smoothing the frizz at the crown of his head I use this product to smooth the frizz in the front and guide the foam from the roots to the ends of the braids softly squeezing the braids. I got the Styler Fixer Foam Mousse to try out. It says it makes curls hydrated and keeps them from getting frizzy. I loved the orange scent and my hair does look and feel hydrated after I use it but I didn't love it, it matted my curls together and it took longer to comb out my hair then it usually does. I've tried so many detangling sprays and mousses I haven't found one yet that keeps my hair hydrated and keeps my curls from frizzing so far what works for me in leave in conditioner.

The Styler Fixer Foam Mousse from Red by Kiss keeps my messy hair in place, I can do my ponytail easily and it looks very neat, the hair in the front stays fixed for quite some time. The smell is good for me and I like that it is in foam because it doesn't make my hair hard and dry. I cannot stress this enough when I say I DO NOT like this Styler Fixer Foam Mousse. it left the worst most grimey feeling I have ever had in my hair. I have used mousse for a lot of my life and I have never had one feel like this. My boyfriend also put some in and he said the same thing. It doesn’t lie when it says it hold your hair which it does. I wouldn’t say it’s super strong, but it does keep your flyways in place. I just cannot get over the feeling it just felt like a film. The Styler Fixer Foam Mousse is very nice, I can style my hair in whatever style I want. The smell is good for me, the texture is lovely as well, and it doesn't make my hair hard and dry, I feel it still smooth.

The bottle is big for long-term use but It is still easy to press out to apply to my hair. The design is good as well.
