I was so disappointed in this eye liner pencil because the pigment is hard to receive because the formula on this pencil is much drier, doesn’t go on smooth. I normally don’t go for eyeliner pencil but this one in specific works for me. So I am usually pretty impressed by the products I get on here . These are the exception. I had a hard time getting any smooth pigment from these , on my hand , it looked uneven and clumpy and it doesn’t show up on my waterline . I have 4 colors all blue and I’m not very happy with any of them . I have oily eyelids and I couldn’t get a line across the top . I probably wouldn’t recommend these ones in particular but there are other ones on here that are good . It’s rare to find something that I’m not happy with so it’s ok that I don’t live these ones . This is a great price. It works great . I usually step away from pencils that have to be sharpened. This one doesn't do to bad when sharpened and they don't break off instantly in the sharpener. The color works amazingly. I got the white. A few lines back and forth and it is exactly what I need. Plus it stays a long time. And I get compliments on it.

I tried the KISS NEW YORK PROFESSIONAL- Silky Smooth Eye Pencil Liner in shade white. This was very pigmented when I swatched it on my hand. However it was harder to get it to show on my waterline. I has to push it pretty hard. You could tell it was there but no where near as pigmented as the swatch. It is a sturdy pencil. I had no issues sharpening it. #beatizencommunuty #reviews

This got the job done, but didn’t exceed my expectations ! The white liner definitely wasn’t opaque and you could see some of my skin beneath it and the product really doesn’t want to apply easily to my skin even if the pencil is well sharpened! I used the KISS New York Professionals Silky Smooth Eye Pencil Liner in Lime Green and Pastel Blue. Although I liked the colors, I did wish they were a bit more pigmented. Although they are smooth, they were not as creamy as I expected. I do like the color choices, the fact they can be sharpened and how precise I was able to apply the liners.
