1. Where can I see my order details?
Thank you for placing an order with us! Shortly after your order is confirmed, you should receive an email with all your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
However, all your order history will be saved in your MY IVY account! You can access this information by:


  1. Logging into your MY IVY Account
  2. Selecting the profile icon
  3. Following MY ORDERS

2. I checked out as a guest. How can I see my order details?
Once you have placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email with all the details. When your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking information. Please check your inbox using keywords like “order confirmation” or “shipping details.”

3. Can I change or modify my order?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. If you would like to cancel an item, please contact hello@ivyusa.com with your Order Number and the item you would like to cancel.

4. How can I change my shipping address?
To cancel your order, please email us at hello@ivyusa.com ASAP upon placing your order. To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders get processed as soon as they are received. For this reason, we kindly ask you to double-check your order details before checking out.

5. How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

6. My order did not process but I was still charged for my order.
No worries, any pending charges should clear in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution.

7. Where is my order?
We strive to ship all orders as fast as possible. All our orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey or Georgia. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details along with the tracking number. 8. I received the wrong item.

We are sorry to hear that the incorrect item was delivered. Please contact our Customer support team within 3-5 days of the item being delivered. So, we may assist you quickly, please provide us with:

  • An order number
  • The order packing slip
  • An image of the item received. One image showing the item number. The item number can be found on the top right corner of the product packaging or near the barcode. It consists of 3-4 letters followed by numbers.

9. There are item(s) missing from my order.

Oops we are sorry about that! Please contact our Customer support team within 3-5 days of the item being delivered. Please contact our Customer support team within 3-5 days of the item being delivered. So, we may assist you quickly, please provide us with:

  • An order number
  • The order packing slip
  • An image of the products that were received.

10. I received damaged item(s).
Oh no.. Please let us provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer support team with your order number and an image of the damaged product.

11. Parcel Forwarding Policy
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding service, Ivyusa.com assumes no responsibility for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs once the order is delivered to the forwarding company. Orders shipped to parcel forwarding addresses are entirely at your own risk. Ivyusa.com will not provide replacements, refunds, or any compensation for items reported as missing, damaged, or defective if they were delivered to a parcel forwarding service, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, Ivyusa.com is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or unaccounted for after delivery to such services. By opting to use a parcel forwarding company, you accept full responsibility for the condition and security of your order.

12. Definition of Bulk Orders

A bulk order is classified under any of the following conditions:

  • The order subtotal exceeds $300
  • Over 10 units purchased of a single SKU
  • Order contains a total of 30 units or more

Bulk orders are subject to special terms and conditions to ensure proper handling and efficient processing.


13. Shipping Policy for Bulk Orders

1. Revised Shipping Fee

  • Bulk orders may require a recalculated shipping fee based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • A new invoice reflecting the updated shipping fee will be issued to the customer.
  • The original order will be cancelled once the new invoice is sent, and the order will only proceed after the updated invoice is paid in full.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Bulk orders require additional processing time, with shipments typically dispatched within 7 business days after final confirmation and payment.

3. We do not allow bulk orders to be split across multiple shipments. Each qualifying order must be shipped to a single address.


14. Limitations on Bulk Orders

1. Restriction of Repeated Orders

  • Customers placing frequent bulk orders may have their orders restricted or denied.

2. Multiple Orders

  • Separate orders from linked accounts may be combined and considered a bulk order.

3. Discount Limitations

  • Bulk orders are ineligible for sitewide discounts and member promotions.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Bulk orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • Bulk orders may be canceled within 1 business day of being placed, provided they have not yet been marked as shipped.


15. Bulk Orders - Terms and Agreement

1. By placing a bulk order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Potential adjustments to the shipping fee.
  • Bulk orders are subject to review and approval before processing.
  • Restrictions may apply to repeated bulk purchases.
  • No returns or refunds are permitted for bulk orders except in cases of verified defects.
  • Reselling on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok, is strictly prohibited.
  • Bulk-purchased items must comply with our Suggested Retail Price (SRP) policy when resold, matching non-promotional SRPs on our website.

2. The company reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce this policy as needed to maintain fair operations and customer satisfaction.


3. Participation in the Ivy Beauty Bulk program is at our sole discretion, and as such access to this program may be denied or revoked at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole determination.
